This website is operated by MemAero, a sole-trader business based in Lancaster, Lancashire, UK. It is a pre-launch information site for the MemAero range of FPV drones. No products are currently available for purchase.

The waitlist

Signing up to the MemAero waitlist is not a purchase, a pre-order, or a contractual commitment. It reserves your position in the queue for when production begins. No payment is taken at signup.

Founders pricing communicated via confirmation email is an indicative commercial intention, not a legally binding offer. Pricing will be confirmed in writing at the point an invitation to purchase is extended.

We reserve the right to modify, delay, or discontinue production plans. If that happens, waitlist members will be notified by email.

You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing [email protected].

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, design, and brand assets — is the property of MemAero unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without written permission. Press and editorial use is permitted with attribution to MemAero.

Product renders and photography are covered by a separate licence. See our image and content licence for details.

Accuracy of information

Product specifications, pricing, and availability information on this site relate to pre-production models. Specifications may change before production begins. We will not be held liable for decisions made on the basis of pre-production information.

UK drone regulations

Information on this site about UK CAA drone regulations, Flyer ID, and Operator ID requirements is provided for general guidance only. Regulations change — always check the current rules at caa.co.uk/drones before flying.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided in good faith. We make no warranty that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, MemAero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other statutory rights you may have as a consumer in the UK.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects any changes. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
