1. Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
• You have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel your order for a refund.
• To exercise this right, email us at memaerostore@gmail.com with your order number.
2. Returns Eligibility
• If the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, it can be returned within 14 days at buyers expense.
• Faulty or damaged items may be returned regardless of packaging, provided you notify us within 30 days.
3. Refunds
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
4. How to Return an Item

• We will provide return instructions.
• You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
