# MemAero — UK-Made FPV Drones

> MemAero designs and builds FPV (first-person-view) drones in Lancaster, United Kingdom. The aircraft run open-source ArduPilot firmware, use a sealed slide-in smart battery integrated into the airframe (rather than a strapped-on LiPo), and are designed to be repairable and reprogrammable. Two models are in development — the Aero 2 (5-inch freestyle) and the Aero 3 (7-inch long-range). The business is pre-launch and operates a waitlist; pricing is not yet published.

MemAero is one of very few FPV drone manufacturers based in Britain. The product line is built around a shared ecosystem: both models use the same sealed smart battery and the same DJI O4 digital video link, and both are repairable from the Lancaster workshop.
